MY AIM WITH THIS PLAN IS TO ENSURE THAT ARE NOT JUST WELL PREPARED, BUT ALSO CONFIDENT AND EXCITED WHEN RACE DAY APPROACHES.

THIS 12 WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES SWIMMING, CYLCLING AND RUNNING. IN MY PERSONAL PROGRAM I ALSO INCORPORATED 2-3 STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS A WEEK TO MAKE SURE MY BODY STAYS STRONG AND INJURY FREE.

EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT SCHEDULES AND TIME AVAILABLE. THEREFORE I WILL GIVE A BREAKDOWN OF THE STRENGTH TRAINING AND THEN ALLOW YOU TO INCORPPORATE IT INTO YOUR WEEKLY PROGRAM WHERE YOU FEEL IT’S POSSIBLE.

THE PROGRAM BUILDS UP GRADUALLY IN TERMS OF INTENSITY. I TRIED TO MAKE IT AS “9-5 WORKLIFE” FRIENDLY AS POSSIBLE. WE ALL HAVE FAMILY, FRIENDS AND OTHER I DON’T WANT THIS PROGRAM TO COMPLETELY TAKE OVER YOUR LIFE.
